This policy applies to all software-related services, including development, customization, maintenance, and support.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

A request must be submitted within 7 calendar days.

You must provide evidence of our failure to deliver the agreed scope or quality.

Refunds do not apply to work already completed and delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-developed code or deliverables already provided.

Consultation sessions that were scheduled and utilized.

Third-party software licensing fees paid on your behalf (we’ll help you seek a refund separately).

Fees for setup, project planning, or administrative work already performed.
4. Request & Process

Send your refund request to support@atvirtuallservices.com with order details and reasons.

We’ll review within 3 business days.

If eligible, we’ll credit the moeny back/ a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
If partial deliverables were accepted, you may receive a prorated refund reflecting the remaining undelivered portion.
6. Modifications
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting and apply only to new purchases. We’ll notify customers of significant changes.
