8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the total service fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. We will invoice and deliver all work performed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law

11. Changes to Terms
We may update the Terms. Changes apply to new orders; continuing use constitutes acceptance. We’ll notify clients of material updates.
